1. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings and service requests are subject to availability and confirmation. Once a request is submitted, you will receive confirmation via email, phone, or WhatsApp.

2. Services Offered

We provide the following services:

  • Airport transfer services at fixed rates
  • Intercity transport services across Portugal
  • Private transportation services tailored to your needs

3. Pricing

  • Airport transfers are offered at fixed prices.
  • Intercity transport services are priced from €0.80 per kilometer.
  • Private transport services are quoted individually based on trip details (distance, duration, number of passengers, and specific requirements). Final pricing is confirmed after reviewing all booking details.

4. Payment

Payment details will be confirmed after booking. Payment can be made in cash or card on the service.

5. Cancellation Policy

Airport Transfers

  • Free cancellation up to 12 hours before pickup
  • Late cancellations may incur a fee

Private Transport

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the service
  • Late cancellations may be charged depending on the circumstances

6. Delays & Waiting Time

We monitor flight arrivals for airport pickups. A reasonable waiting time is included. Additional waiting time may result in extra charges.

7. Customer Responsibility

Customers must provide accurate information, including:

  • Pickup location
  • Destination
  • Date and time

Incorrect or incomplete information may affect the service.

8. Company Responsibility

We aim to provide a reliable and punctual service. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Traffic conditions
  • Weather
  • Accidents or unforeseen circumstances

9. Luggage

Customers must inform us in advance if they have excess or special luggage. We reserve the right to refuse service if vehicle capacity is exceeded.

10. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of:

  • Unsafe conditions
  • Inappropriate behavior
  • Violation of these terms

11. Privacy

Personal information collected during booking is used only to provide the service and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
